The Hacienda was an instant favorite! Our whole group loved the location, the house, and the awesome pool deck!! Hours of relaxation and peaceful serenity await anyone who needs it, just outside the back door to a hillside oasis. House was clean and comfortable, nicely styled, and had everything we needed for a comfortable, rejuvenating weekend. Would love to come back some day again!

FAQ

Is the pool heated?

The pool isn’t heated, but it warms up nicely in the summer! Also, the hot tub works well and can easily fit 10+ people! It’s like a “spool”!

Is The Hacienda pet friendly?

Yes! We are dog friendly! We even have kennels (with shade & dog houses), if you decide to go wine tasting! The only thing we ask is that you keep from swimming in the pool. It’s salt water and the dog hair effects the PH Balance and is hard on the filter.

Are dirt bikes and quads allowed?

Yes! You may bring your bikes, motorcycles, hiking shoes and more to use on our beautiful network of trails.

How far away is The Hacienda from town?

The Hacienda is a quick 15 minute drive to Historic Downtown Tehachapi.

The Hacienda is nestled in the Tehachapi Mountains at the base of the Sierra Nevada Mountain Range, 2 hours North of Los Angeles.

What are the dining options?

There are many delicious dining options in Tehachapi! A detailed list of recommended eateries are included in our Guest Manual, that we’ll email you before check in.

What is there to do in the area?

Typically, our guests want to stay on property to experience the pool, hot tub, hiking, scenery and stargazing. Though, if you’re up for an adventure, there’s are several wineries and tasting rooms in Tehachapi and the downtown is bustling with antique shops, museums and cafés.
